Our Inspiration
Inspired by Hon. Prime Minister, Narender Modi ji as he fasts for 9 days to mark the auspicious occasion of Navratras and naturally detoxifies twice a year and meditates. Hon. PM was fasting for 11 days till the pran pratistha of Ram Lalla for the consecration ceremony of Lord Ram temple in Ayodhya. This is one of the important factor in his mental and physical fitness. During his first trip to the USA as PM, he met with President Obama, addressed the United Nations, had White House meetings, attended a business leaders' meeting, addressed an Indian community of 20,000, and spoke to 50,000 people at Central Park, all during his Navratri fasting. Still, he was very energetic, agile, and effective. Our Hon. PM is globally adored for his youthful vigour at the age of 73 years. He is practising fasting on liquids for 40+ years during auspicious Navratras.

Whichever stage of life you are in right now, the six best doctors in the world are sunlight, rest exercise, diet, self-confidance and friends. Maintain them in all phases and enjoy a healthy life. - Steve Jobs
Japanese cell biologist Yoshinori Ohsumi won the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 2016 for his research on how cells recycle and renew their content, a process called autophagy. Fasting activates autophagy, which helps slow down the aging process and has a positive impact on cell renewal.
