I would like to pledge that.....

  I would like to pledge that I will bring discipline to my food habits and thought process to improve my mental, physical and spiritual health by doing the following, for minimum 9 days, (Preferably during Navratris - 30th Mar 2025 - 7th Apr 2025 And/Or 22nd Sep 2025 - 1st Oct 2025, And/Or any 9 or more number of days)-

  • Eat only once a day (Possibly millet based food or Satvik food).

  • Drink minimum 9 glasses/bowls of liquid each day.

  • Meditate for minimum 9 minutes each day or Keep 9 minutes silence (Moun)

  • Spend minimum 9 minutes a day with my mother or motherly figure

  • Digital Fasting/Detoxification for 90 mins

  • Motivate 9 family members or friends to be part of this program
