I would like to pledge that.....
 I would like to pledge that I will bring discipline to my food habits and thought process to improve my mental, physical and spiritual health by doing the following, for minimum 9 days, (Preferably during Navratris - 9th Apr 24 - 17th Apr 24 And/Or 3rd Oct - 12 Oct 2024, And/Or any 9 or more number of days)-
Eat only once a day (Possibly millet based food or Satvik food).
Drink minimum 9 glasses/bowls of liquid each day.
Meditate for minimum 9 minutes each day or Keep 9 minutes silence (Moun)
Spend minimum 9 minutes a day with my mother or motherly figure
Motivate 9 family members or friends to be part of this program
